I said my issues on the product in a previous review - minor issues relating to button sensitivity and the hole for where the action button is not needing to be there anymore, and they listened - they fixed the product based off my review within the same week. I had a replacment delivered, and honestly it’s perfect. Breeze speaking to customer service and best phone case I have had in years! Great wooden aesthetic and robust phone case to protect my phone. I am very happy I found this one! Would definitely recommend this product and Seller, and if you like a wooden finish whilst protecting your phone go get one, you will not be disappointed!

I've had several wood-backed iPhone cases over the years and this one by Iato is BY FAR the best one I've ever owned. The wood is nice quality and the fit is snug and secure. We'll see if it holds up over time, but so far so good!!!

I’ve had it for a while now. And I’m fairly rough on my phone. I work construction and the wood still looks new. No cracks on my screen(definitely get a screen protector to go with it though) and my MagSafe fits perfectly.
