Position Summary
We're looking for a dedicated HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree in HR, Communications or a related field to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our continued success, influencing team development, operational efficacy, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Update and Manage HR Policies: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
2. Team Recruitment: Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from job posting to finalizing employment contracts.
3. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
4. Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints via email and social media platforms to maintain the iATO brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR role
- Master's degree in HR, Communications or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
