We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our growing team.
We are looking for a passionate individual who can enhance our customers' experience by understanding their needs and delivering excellent service.
- Manage customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient customer support
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and support processes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of iPhone models with respect to their accessories
- Empathy: Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand their perspective
- Active Listening: Attentive to the customer's needs and concerns, asking clarifying questions when necessary
- Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to different situations and customer personalities
- Patience: Willingness to work through challenging customer interactions without becoming frustrated
- Positive Attitude: Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions
