We're recruiting an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day management of our global websites and associated platforms and systems.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working collaboratively with the Brand, Operations and Sales teams, you will drive the strategy for Ecommerce growth across all key regions.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded and have a strong aptitude for analytics, project management and campaign strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Ecommerce channel in-line with company objectives and sales targets
  • Work closely with external digital marketing agency to coordinate advertising campaigns and maximise sales during both promotional and non-promotional periods
  • Devise merchandising strategies for new and existing SKUs using a data-driven approach
  • Contribute to new product launches, creating PDPs, landing pages and spec sheets
  • Ensure SEO best practice to drive quality organic traffic
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Designer and Social Media Manager to create dynamic, engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct regular market research, audience surveys and competitor analysis
  • Produce weekly sales and website performance reports in accordance with department OKRs
  • Own digital dashboard, combining analytics reports from multiple sources (GTM, Search Console, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Create automated flows and email campaigns via Klaviyo
  • Liaise with Operations + Supply team to manage pricing and inventory
  • General website maintenance and optimisations

REQUIRED

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Shopify, Shopify Plus and other Ecommerce platforms
  • Strong experience in Google Universal Analytics and GA4
  • Understanding of core SEO practice and principals
  • Confident skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to forecast sales and manage budgets
  • Report sales numbers to senior stakeholders and wider team
  • Email and social media marketing experience
  • Ability to manage internal teams and external agencies and suppliers
  • Understanding and experience of stock inventory management
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign

DESIRABLE

  • Qualification in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to create and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, Pinterest and/or TikTok
  • Some coding experience, e.g. HTML/CSS/JSON
  • Show an interest and passion for sustainability

Logistics: For now it is a work-from-home position with a flexible work pattern where the candidate(s) will plan and manage their own time. But they must be willing to be based at the company office in Islamabad once it's set up and operational.
