iOS 26.1 Beta Expands AirPods Live Translation

Apple’s iOS 26.1 beta 1 has arrived, and one of the standout updates is a big boost to AirPods Live Translation with the addition of five new languages.

Five New Languages Added

With this update, AirPods Live Translation now supports:

• Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified)

• Chinese (Mandarin, Traditional)

• Italian

• Japanese

• Korean

Existing Language Support

These new additions join the previously supported languages:

• English (US and UK)

• French

• German

• Portuguese (Brazil)

• Spanish (Spain)
